Leadership should be easy – there are tons of books out there telling you all about best practices, habits, priorities, characteristics and pretty much anything you can imagine about what a good leader should be.  Wouldn’t it be great if all you had to do was read a book or take a webinar and adopt new habits and instantly you would be a great leader. We take people who are experts at one thing – marketing, project management, accounting, organizing,  promote them and expect that expertise in one are will lead to expertise in leadership.
